Manufacturing process.
The author will use a profile pipe as an inclined guide. He cuts off a pair of workpieces with a length of 320 mm from it.
Then he prepares the base, it will be made of a steel plate, and a pair of steel corners.
In the place of attachment of the corner to the plate, he cuts off the excess material with a grinder, and polishes the corners.
Then the master marks, cores, and drills a hole for fixing the guide in the corners.
After marking, a hole is drilled in the guide itself.
One of the corners of the profile pipe is ground. This is necessary so that it can be rotated in the holder.
Now the holes for the bolts attaching the corners to the base are piled and drilled.
After these actions, the author rounds the outer corners with a grinder.
Holding the guide between the corners with a bolt, the author marks and drills the holes in the base.
Now the thread for the M6 bolts is cut at the base. Also in the corners marks and drills a hole for the stop bolt.
Again, fitting, and marking, drilling, and countersink holes for attaching the base to the wall.
Installs angles, binds bolts, and clamps the guide.
Only then clamps the bolts to the base.
This is how the guide will lower.
Now the author needs to drill three holes for the clothesline.
The manufacturing process of the bracket ends with the installation of a stop bolt.
Almost everything, the brackets are ready.Drilling work is completed, all details must be noted, disassemble the structure, and paint them with aerosol paint in two layers.
The author mounted both brackets on the wall. The clothesline is pulled entirely in three lines. The length of the dryer created by the author is about 8 meters.
Now you can lower the bracket, and dry the laundry.
