Manufacturing process.
So, the master marks the circumference of the center of the upper strip on a bottle with a handle, and cuts the marking with a grinder.
Then he removes the stickers, and to remove traces of glue, he uses ordinary kerosene. He perfectly launders these sticky filth.
Next, cut off the rest of the strip on the lid, leaving a small ledge.
All sharp edges on the lid and bottom are sanded with sandpaper.
Marks a circle on a plywood sheet, and cuts the workpiece with a jigsaw. After that, the ends of the workpiece are milled.
Now you need tight foam from an old car seat. The master cuts off a layer of the required thickness, and then a circle is cut out of it to fit the size of the plywood disk.
The upper edges of the foam are cut off a little with scissors.
Then cuts a square out of faux leather furniture.
Now forms the seat itself. He places the discs made of foam rubber and plywood on the fabric, and shoots its edges with a furniture stapler to the plywood.
