Hello friends !!! Recently I saw a bottle cutter for pet bottles on the Internet and decided to make such a thing for myself. On the Internet, a lot of different designs chose the simplest design and repeated. There are a lot of online homemade with a PET tape, there they make fences and weave baskets, and how heat shrink is used in general, a lot of what is done with it for both beauty and household. I’m not inventing anything new. I’m just repeating the finished design scheme.
And so I proceed.
For fixtures I need
- Bar 50 by 30, 20 cm
- Canvas from a clerical knife
- Two nails 40 mm
We will need a tool
- Hacksaw
- Hammer
- 10 minutes time
I burn it a little and clean it with a clear view
Now stepping back from the edge an equal distance and make a 5-6 cm cut.

And insert the blade to the desired width

That's all you can use. I’ll say it’s been a long time and I already thought that I did it wrong, as soon as I didn’t twist it, I couldn’t cut the stripes. One main rule is to cut off the bottom of the bottle evenly. 2 is to make a smooth transition to the bottle, and finally it worked.
I made the device at work, I didn’t have any bottles, somehow I found one, as I’ll be at home I’ll cut more.
