Manufacturing process.
For the stand, the author will need to trim the board 15 mm thick and 35 mm wide. The variety of wood can be any, but it is better to choose solid varieties of wood, they have a very interesting texture, and a beautiful appearance.
On two sides, he marks two future grooves for gadgets. Their width is selected for the specific thickness of the device.
On the one hand there will be a wide cutout for the tablet. Using a hacksaw, two cuts are made according to the marking at half the depth of the board at an angle of about 25-30 degrees.
Now, on the second side, cuts are made for the phone. If the board was too long - it needs to be cut.
Using a sharp knife or chisel, excess material is removed from the grooves.
It should be such a blank.
Further, all its surfaces are polished with sandpaper, and the edges and corners are rounded off.
It remains only to apply a layer of oil-wax. If you do not have this, then you can use a household hairdryer, heat the surface, and rub it with a wax candle. Excess impregnation is removed with a rag.
