The master made this folding bed for his grandmother. The dignity of the bed in its ability develops, and the use of a bed of textile slings allows you not to use a mattress. According to the master, in India, and he lives in India, such beds are quite common. They certainly have flaws. Over time, the slings stretch, but they can be periodically pulled up or double weaved, as in this product.

Step One: Material Procurement
First, the master cuts the 50th profile pipe for the bed frame and legs. Then cuts the 25th pipe for the inner frame.
Step Two: Wireframe
Now you need to weld the frame. First, the master welds the inner frame. Eight metal "five-copecks" are welded to it, three from the long sides and one from the ends. Now you can weld the frame from the 50th pipe, focusing on the inner frame.
Step Three: Gain
To strengthen the frame, the master welds and welds the frame in the center of the frame from the bottom.
Step Four: Feet
Now the master begins to weld the legs. First welds the lower supporting part.
Brackets are welded to the bed frame from the bottom.
The movable part of the legs will be installed in the brackets. The master marks and drills a hole in the workpiece. Inside the pipe, a piece of metal rod is welded. Drills it through and through.
In the brackets, drills holes and cuts threads.
Installs blanks in brackets.
Connects both sides of the legs with a previously welded part.
Repeats the process for the second leg.
Step Five: Springs
Springs help keep the legs open. The master welds the threaded rod to the bracket. Drills a hole in the leg and cuts the thread. Screws in a bolt. Tension the spring between the shaft and the bolt.Installs springs on all four sides of the legs.
Step Six: Painting
Paints the bed.
Seventh step: slings
After the paint has dried, the master begins to do the strapping of the slings. Slings are passed between the profile pipes of the frame. After stretching, the edges are sewn.
Then the second sling stretches across.
