The street is summer, the bright sun is shining, and the apartment is unbearable heat and I want a little cool. In this case, an air conditioner was invented, which saves from the summer heat and gives a pleasant cold breeze. You can buy air conditioning in the store, or you can make it do it yourself.

To create a simple air conditioner, you will need: an isothermal container of 45 liters, a small fan (for example, automobile or desktop), a water tap with an angle of 90 degrees and a diameter of 10-15 cm (elbow from a plastic pipe), a power source for the fan, a drill and an electric a jigsaw, which will be needed in order to make holes in the container, a pencil.
First, we mark the holes. To do this, apply a fan and one end of the water outlet to the lid of the isothermal container, draw them with a pencil. We make the fan hole slightly smaller than its maximum diameter so that it does not fall into the container. And the plastic elbow should be snug against the edges of the hole and securely fixed.
Next, we take a drill and make a hole in the container lid on one of the lines, then we carefully pass along the marking line with a jigsaw, thus cutting out the necessary hole. Repeat the procedure for the second hole.
We set the exhaust in such a way that the air leaves it in the opposite direction from the fan. You can change the angle to direct a stream of cold air in the desired direction. We check how well it is fixed. Install the fan.
If there is a rotation speed switch for the fan, then fasten it to the container lid. Thus, you can change the modes of our air conditioner.
The fan can be connected to the network or to a portable power source, or to the solar battery, if you have one.
In order for the air conditioner to fulfill its main function, to cool the air, it is necessary to put a cold accumulator in the container. This can be a large piece of ice, plastic bottles or packages from ketchup (mayonnaise, sauce) with frozen water.You can also use cold tap water or buy special cold storage batteries at the store.
The air conditioner is ready, we check it in action. Air leaves the outlet, and the thermometer indicates that it is cold (about 10 degrees). We enjoy the cool and do not forget to change the contents of the container, the source of cold.
