Materials for the manufacture of:

Materials are ready, you can safely get to work. We take the most common chalk and trace the borders of the future reservoir or pond. You can also additionally outline the line of the shelf on which the plants will be installed and which will be fully laid out using stones. As for the shape of the future pond, you can use your own imagination, or you can look in magazines, networks, on different thematic sites and forums.
At the second stage of work, we alone cannot cope. You’ll have to call friends for help or hire workers, because at this stage you need to dig a meter hole. If possible, you can order or rent an excavator that can handle this business in a couple of hours.
The pit has been dug up, which means that the time has come to fill its surface with sand. This is necessary in order to take care of the safety and security of the protective film, which can be perforated by the roots and other inclusions in the soil. The sand must be chosen small, making sure that there are no pebbles in it.
To make the pond look more realistic and natural, the author advises using a flexible liner.
Installing the liner in a dug hole is not particularly difficult. Three or four people can handle this very well. The only thing you should pay attention to is that the liner is evenly distributed throughout the pit.
Well, the pond is actually ready. You can fill it with water. When filling with tap water, make sure that the water pressure is not too large. This is necessary so that the water gradually fills the surface and does not form new folds and irregularities on the surface of the liner.
At this stage, you can take care of the scenery, namely - lay out the stones around the pond, plant a couple of plants. You can also purchase a water pump and a filter, install it and get a beautiful waterfall that will flow down the rocks of our reservoir.
Later, when the pond proves that it is durable and we make sure that it does not flow anywhere, you can run fish into it and plant several water plants.
