Almost all laptop models, with the exception of premium ones, have one big drawback - they get very hot during active processor operation. This happens when the laptop is overloaded with games, programs that require considerable resources. In such cases, factory ventilation does not always cope with the task, the laptop starts to warm up, as a result of which more serious problems are soon discovered on it. Everything is clear with the materials, you can get to work. First of all, we need to disassemble the laptop and remove the bottom cover. Next, we mark the place of drilling. Often, manufacturers install fans on the lower part, but they do not make holes on the device cases themselves, so the drilling site can be seen in the tracks left by these fans.
We start drilling from the inside so as not to damage the case from the outside.
Next, we grind the edges of the resulting hole with a file, then with a file and sandpaper. This is the guarantee of the highest quality result and pleasant appearance. Everything needs to be done very carefully so as not to scratch the laptop case.
Now you need to close the resulting hole with a grid. The grid must be placed inside. We try on the size and with the help of scissors for metal we cut out a suitable piece. The mesh can be cut to any shape.
At this stage, we need to give the grid a round shape so that it looks better. For this we need any piece of plastic. It is desirable that the thickness of the plastic is equal to the thickness of the laptop case.We make a hole on the plastic according to the diameter of the hole on the case, put a grid on it, take a round hammer and carefully beat on the grid.
As a rule, after such a formation, the grid loses its appearance. Therefore, before installing it, it is advised to paint it.
You can fix the grid with hot melt adhesive.
