Homemade bottle and foam thermos

But it’s not always that a really good thermos will be at home, which it keeps warm well, but I don’t want to buy a new thermos, and this is not a cheap pleasure ... In this article I just want to tell you how to make it at home from improvised means excellent and, by the way, very durable thermos ...

So, for our thermos we need:
- a plastic bottle with a volume of 2 liters;
- a glass bottle with a volume of 1 - 1.25 liters;
- a cover with a plastic bottle;
- knife, scissors;
- paint or foil;
- polyurethane foam (after repair many people have a little polyurethane foam, and they don’t know where to put it: it’s a pity to throw it away, but there’s nothing to put on) ...

So, for starters, we will prepare glass and plastic bottles: for this you need to paint the glass bottle or wrap it tightly with foil, and cut the “neck” of the plastic bottle ...


Now we take a glass bottle and squeeze a little foam onto the bottom ... After that, we “put” a bottle cap on the foam ...


Now fill the bottom of the plastic bottle with foam ...


Next, carefully place the glass bottle in a plastic bottle (it should easily enter and not touch the walls of the plastic bottle) and fill the entire space with foam ...


We are waiting for a day ...

After a day, the foam withered ... We cut off the unnecessary foam with a knife, close the thermos with a lid and that's it ... You can use it ... The thermos will store heat very well, and it will also be super durable ...
