You have country plot and you want to decorate it with paving tiles? Then make this tile yourself! But not the classic one in the form of squares, but in an interesting shape! Thanks to an ordinary burdock sheet, the tile will turn out to be very beautiful, patterned, repeating all the convolutions and irregularities of the sheet. In addition, such a tile is very interesting to create. After all, you can pick leaves of different sizes and make tiles of different sizes. The main thing here is to separate the burdock sheet from cement in time, but let's talk about everything in order.
We will need:
- special solution (its composition is given below);
- burdock leaves.
Step 1
Make a mortar from a bucket of cement, 3 buckets of sand and 4 buckets of gravel. Add water to the eye - the mixture should not turn out to be excessively liquid, in consistency it will resemble plasticine.
Step 2
Pick large sheets of burdock, lay face down on a flat surface. Lay up the side where the sheet has more convolutions and bumps.
Step 3
Spread cement mortar on top of the sheet. Act carefully! Too thin a solution will simply spread and you will not get a solid tile from it. When laying the solution, lightly press it so that the convolutions of the sheet are printed.
Step 4
Wait for the solution to dry. Wet it with water from time to time so that no cracks form. Please note that you cannot wait for the solution to completely dry! Turn the tile over, carefully remove the burdock sheet. So we got paving slabs in the form of a plant leaf.
Step 5
Now dig a small hole in the ground in the thickness of the obtained tile. The size of the pit should also match the tile.
Step 6
Carefully lay the cement tiles in the ground.
