Probably everyone had such a situation that stationery was scattered around the house, and we forgot to buy a stand or a jar in the store. And today we will make a stand out of CDs.
First, let's watch the author’s video:
Necessary tools and materials:
• old CDs
• bottlenecks
• electrical tape
• screwdriver or drilling machine
• glue
• sandpaper
• hacksaw
Step 1: To begin with, we make a template from the 1st CD. We drill 6 holes symmetrically, the diameter depending on the thickness of the pencil or pen.
Step 2: We firmly fasten 3 disks together with the tape template, as shown in the photo.
Step 3: Using a drilling machine, carefully drill holes according to the template.
Step 4: Using a hacksaw, cut off the neck of the bottle. They will need 3 pcs.
Step 5: We clean the necks with sandpaper so that the glue sticks well and there are no burrs.
Step 6: On a non-drilled CD, glue the neck.
Step 7: Then glue the drilled disk on top of the neck
Step 8: Glue the remaining disks, and fix the neck on top.
Insert the pencils and pens into the holes, and our stand is ready.
