This all-terrain vehicle It has all-wheel drive and a tipping frame. the author did work in his free time, using forum materials and his own skills. The all-terrain vehicle was assembled based on the reliability of the structures, but not forgetting the comfort of the driver and passengers. The main purpose of use is trips along the forest routes for hunting, fishing or gathering supplies, therefore the all-terrain vehicle has a large capacity and carrying capacity.

The all-terrain vehicle is capable of speeds of about 35 kilometers per hour and this is not the limit, there is enough power, but control at this speed becomes very inconvenient. But as you know for the all-terrain vehicle, the maximum speed is not so important, since it will pass the main tracks in first and second gears at speeds up to 15 kilometers per hour.
The length of the car turned out to be about four meters and twenty centimeters. The height of the all-terrain vehicle is two and a half meters. The total mass of the car is about 700-800 kilograms, but it will still grow, since the author has provided several mandatory upgrades for this all-terrain vehicle.
A speed of about 35 km / h was measured by GPS, then scary.
On the gearbox, the differential was welded before installing it on an all-terrain vehicle, since the differential in this transmission design scheme is not required.

As you can see from the photos on the all-terrain vehicle, the front axle is not slightly overloaded, in particular due to the massive cabin and the lack of a kung as such, in the future, instead of a trailer, the author plans to make a kung, or rather to finish it directly using a frame from a profile pipe and sheets of metal or plywood .
It is also planned to finish the boats so that the all-terrain vehicle can force water barriers.
Initially, the author planned to install Krazov wheels, since they are better suited for an all-terrain vehicle of such mass. nevertheless, the OI-25 is too small for a similar weight; moreover, a large wheel width is necessary, since the center of gravity of the all-terrain vehicle is quite high and there is a chance of tipping over. That is why the author intends to install nevertheless tires in the future and make an arc of safety. when he starts work on the kung frame.
But with the replacement of tires, you will have to change the wheels, as they were made specifically for the OI-25 and have a width of 450 mm.
The process of building an all-terrain vehicle took the author about two years, since the author worked in his spare time from work for a couple of hours a day.
