One more all-terrain vehicle with the design of the tipping frame and all-wheel drive. Before starting its production, the author clearly defined for himself that the all-terrain vehicle should cope perfectly with any road conditions. and also have buoyancy. to overcome water barriers. The author also made a body on the second half-frame, in which there is the possibility of transporting bulky goods, but at the same time, this kung can also serve as a sleeping tent.
Materials and assemblies used to build this all-terrain vehicle:

Let us consider in more detail the main structures, as well as the stages of the construction of the machine.
To begin with, the author decided to do the all-terrain vehicle wheels:
The disks were made of a m-412 disk, the rims were made of wire D = 12 mm, and the spokes were made of a tube of 15 mm.
The width of the disc is 28 centimeters. However, if it will be necessary to install two cameras from Kamaz, the disk can be easily expanded. Thanks to the wheels, the all-terrain vehicle has medium buoyancy. Bridges are completely immersed in water, also in the water there are 2 \ 3 wheels. However, thanks to the tires, and not the cameras, you can easily ride on various snags and knots without thinking about punctures.
Then, using welding and a profile pipe, the design of the front and rear semi-frames was created.
Both half frames were made identical, the length is 1.5 meters, the width is 90 centimeters.
The knuckle from the UAZ car according to the Uvat scheme was used as a node for breaking the all-terrain vehicle frames.
Further, the author began to manufacture, assemble and install a special mechanism that will allow connecting the rear axle of the all-terrain vehicle:

On the gearbox from Oise, rotation was made in the opposite direction, in contrast to its automotive version.This does not affect the operation of the box, excessive wear of the bearings is not observed, the author even checked it after several hundred kilometers.
The flange was made of a star from agricultural machinery. The inner diameter is 25 mm, mounted on the input shaft with a key size 8 by 8 by 30 mm. Axial movement of the flange along the shaft prevents the locking bolt.
And also a home-made reduction gearbox with a ratio of one to two was made:

Then the author proceeded to install the casing on the frame of the all-terrain vehicle frames:
The rear axle is in normal condition disabled. the car has a good cross and with one front-wheel drive. However, with difficult routes, the rear axle is activated, with which the all-terrain vehicle overcomes any obstacles. The author also plans to install a transfer case, since often the patency of the road alternates. The transfer case will help to make the mechanism for disconnecting and connecting the rear axle, which is currently turned on by installing and removing the driveshaft. The author considers the transfer case from Niva to be the most suitable for this all-terrain vehicle, since there is an interaxle differential.
