The effect of temperature and humidity on the human body is invaluable in healing the body.
Currently, the designs of furnaces, steam rooms and equipment of Russian baths are great. From simple to the most complex. But the main thing in this process is getting light steam. Without going into the details of the physics of producing finely divided water vapor, I will say one thing, pouring heated stones even with boiling water we will not get light steam. The stones on the surface of the heater cool very quickly, giving up heat and do not produce light steam.
In my design, I tried to make obtaining light steam using this method. The design is quite simple. Sauna stove with an ordinary heater. From the video and comments to it, everything becomes clear. The main thing is not to pour boiling water on the stones, but to give it inside the stove. Everything can be made from improvised materials that are at home. In my case, this is an ordinary pan (all kinds of herbs are steamed at your discretion), there is a filter inside it, then there is a tap and a copper tube for supplying the solution into the inside of the stove with small (about 1.5 mm) holes at the end of the tube. The end of the tube is closed. The practice of weekly use of such a design for a year has shown the effectiveness of this design and the very idea of producing light steam.
A real Russian bath is a combination of a temperature of 65 ° C and a humidity of 65%. In it, the broom does not dry out, and breathes easily. Few people have tried this "light steam", so according to statistics, many people do not like to bathe. But once they try what real “light steam” is, with a broom, herbal tea, soap massage, and then they will assume all their lives that a real rest of the body is impossible without a bath.
