For this homemade the author took a piece of a corner, a shredder, a bolt with a nut and a three-sided file.
First of all, the author took a corner and put a tire on it,
then made a mark with a pencil
on the other side of the corner he did the same.
In the future, the author will cut off this part of the corner, but this is later.
And now he has attached a file to this part
and also noted in pencil
on both sides of the corner, stepping back from the center of the corner is not a great distance.
Then he took the angle grinder and cut out according to the markup.
To remove these parts, the author used a chisel.
After removing the unnecessary parts, he made small grooves with a file.
Next, the author took the tire and welded it.
Then in this place I made a hole for the bolt.
After which a bolt with a wound nut was inserted into the hole,
and scald the nut.
Then he cut off a corner at the mark made at the very beginning.
For more convenient use, the author has welded two nuts to the bolt.
Further, the author, screwed the bolt into a nut welded to the tire, (with this bolt he adjusts the diameter of the bolts on which the thread will be restored)
and put in the file.
And proceeded to the test. The author took a bolt with a clogged thread,
put it in the tool,
and tightening with a bolt.
The picture clearly shows that after the author pulled the adjustment bolt, the file tightly entered the thread.
Next, the author took the key and began to unscrew the bolt.
This is how the thread looks after recovery.
The author succeeded and now the nut is easily screwed onto the bolt.
