Good day to all. In today's article, I would like to show you how to make a multi-charge version of a paper gun with a magazine loading system. This gun does not need to be reloaded after each shot, just shoot until the shells in the store run out, for example, the store that I made was designed for 5 shells, but you can do more.
Such a gun is perfect for "office wars," well, or just shooting at home is good for shooting.
And so, in order to make a multi-shot pistol, we need:
-6 sheets A4
-2 money gum
-2 small rubber bands for weaving
thin cardboard
Of the tools we will also need:
glue gun
-stationery knife
-scissors
-pencil
-glue stick
And so the first thing is to roll up 2 thin tubes, for this we take a sheet of paper and begin to gently roll it from the edge, then as soon as we get to the end we glue the tube so that it does not unwind
Now we take another sheet of paper, put a thin tube on it as shown in the photo and begin to twist the sheet around a thin tube, you just need to make 4 such thick tubes, but one of them needs to be made a little thicker than the others:
Take 2 thick tubes and mark them in pieces of 7 cm, then cut:
We take the tube that was made thicker and a little pinch and glue the bottom, as shown in the photo. It is also important that a thin tube passes through this hole with little resistance. The edges of the tube can be dripped with super glue to strengthen the material.
We take five segments from thick tubes and glue them to our last blank as shown in the photo:
Then we take the cardboard and draw the following details on it (if you wish, you can make it to your sizes, but then you have to adjust everything else to your sizes, I’ve already adjusted everything):
Cut out what we got:
Using a clerical knife, we cut a neat 41 mm hole on the bottom of our gun, about 3-4 cm from the handle of the gun. The hole should be something like a door into the ducts, in general, as shown in the photo:
Now we take our parts from cardboard, bend along the lines and glue the places of contact, you should get the same blanks as in the photo, this is our future "store"
We insert and glue to the hole on the gun the workpiece which has two identical holes on both sides, you need to glue it so that a thin tube moves freely without touching anything, if you do something wrong, then nothing will work (I it turned out not the first time)
Glue the remaining thick tube as shown in the photo:
We take a thin tube and cut off the ends of it about 4 cm on each side, then bend one edge by 1.5 cm, then we put two money gum on the bend and glue it as tight as possible, as shown in the photo, you can also wind it with a sketch for strength or electrical tape:
We shorten our workpiece in relation to the gun so that when it is in a thick tube with a magazine, it completely overlaps the magazine hole, in general, as shown in the photo below. Then insert it into our "barrel"
Now take the remaining thin tube and use the scissor handles to “smooth” it so that it becomes flat:
We glue the handle of our gun to her as shown in the photo, cut off the excess:
Glue the remaining segment of the tube as follows, and we put gum on it
We make such paper shells, each shell is about 3.5 cm long and 5 cm wide, after which we insert them one at a time into the "store"
Then we take small gum and the remaining blank from cardboard. We insert the blank from cardboard into the store and fasten it with elastic bands as shown in the photo:
That's it! Our multi-shot pistol is ready and it remains only to test it. To do this, you just need to hand pull back a thin tube with rubber bands until the projectile hits the “barrel”, you will understand this by shifting the pressure cardboard part in the “store” towards the “barrel”, thus reloading, aiming and shooting. Then just pull the tube again and shoot again, this can be done until the shells run out in the store.
In general, the pistol turned out to be very interesting and cool, then I think to make a rifle or a multi-shooter web shooter on the same principle, if you want me to post it, like it or write in the comments. By the way, the gun turned out to be pretty accurate.
