When the tubes fail, they are replaced or soldered by paying a tidy amount for repairs, or you can repair them yourself by rolling the tubes
But how to do that?
I present to you a home-made rolling unit for repairing tubes.
Diameters of rolled tubes from 5 to 14 mm
Device tidy.
Consists of two parts:
- Vise with holes of different diameters, holder of a fixed tube.
The edges of the holes are bored under the cone
along the edges of a thread with nuts for fastening two halves of a vice.
- Clamps with a screw, the end of which is tapered for rolling, on the back side a slot for the tube.
How it works. Insert the tube into a hole of suitable diameter

The tube is rolled.
