Quick charger repair

Hello everybody. If your charger for lithium and nickel-cadmium batteries has burned out, I'll tell you how to fix it quickly. In fact, repairing a switching power supply is expensive. I will do mine.
The device itself.

From charging, cut off the power cord and battery terminal. Pay in the box.
We take a suitable transformer for 15-25 volts.

The rectifier block is ready to be soldered to the output of the trance.

To adjust the charge, I used a ready-made unit up to 3 amperes. I took the first potentiometer from the input adjusts the voltage, the second two can be screwed up to the stop.

The charge indicator is also ready, they are at 6 volts, 12.6 volts, 14.4 volts and 18 volts. In my case, the indicator was 12.6 volts

I collected the charge in 20 minutes. We check.

Everything works. We set the voltage to 12.90 under load. Now the whole structure must be carefully assembled in its own box. Thank you all for your attention.

Well, those who have long been in the topic, probably everything is clear, but if people grabbed the soldering iron for the first time, will he understand the material? Where is the circuit of all the connections?
