Good day to all, dear the inhabitants of our site. Recently I got to this site and wanted to share my homemade product. My daughter asked for an easel, and in the store they are very expensive. I decided to make it myself. Unfortunately, I will not be able to post photos of all the assembly steps, but I will try to paint everything in great detail.
Materials used:
Bar 23x30
Piece of plywood (thickness 8-10mm)
Two small hinges
Wood screws
Hard putty on wood
Lacquer
Tools used:
Square
Hacksaw
Roulette
Chisel
Drill
Screwdriver
Small roller
To begin with, it was necessary to determine the dimensions of the easel. The working part (the place where the frame with the canvas stands) was decided to make 50x60 cm. The height was calculated so that it was convenient to sit on a chair or sofa.
In order to facilitate the design for the main frame of the easel, he took a 20x30 bar. To start, I cut the blanks as in the figure below.
Then he marked and cut out all the joints with a hacksaw and a chisel, so to speak, into the floor of the tree.
Assembled two identical frames. I coated all the joints with PVA glue and held out with small self-tapping screws for reliability.
Shelf-emphasis made of scraps of the same timber 20x30 gluing them together and rounded two corners.
Then he splashed all the parts and screwed plywood to one of the frames (the working part) with NT varnish. After drying, proceeded to final assembly. Screwed the hinges and shelf-emphasis.
That's all the easel is ready. The child is very satisfied.
Miracle is very happy if someone helps this article.
All successful homemade products.
