In this article, we will consider manufacturing fixtures for sawing boards at an angle. For the manufacture of fixtures you will need the following
Tools and materials:
-Bolts with a round head;
- Wing nuts;
-Clips;
-Fasteners;
-Plywood;
-Board;
-Manual frezer;
-A circular saw;
-A screwdriver,
-Screwdriver;
-Glue;
Step One: Cutting Material
The size of the fixture depends on the size of the circular saw table. The master cuts off three blanks, one for the base, one for clamping and a guide rail.
Step Two: Grooves
Marks and mills grooves for fixing bolts in the base.
Makes grooves in the clamping plate.
Step Three: Build
Screws the bar to the base. Screws the clamps to the bar.
Glues the guide rail.
After the glue dries, it fixes the rail with screws.
Screws up a persistent bracket.
