Hello! Today I want to share with you the process of making a motorcycle from tires for a playground!
And immediately I want to pay attention to the safety of my homemade from tires, what about the "well-flowerbed" or "slide-house" and this motorcycle For my children it is completely safe !!! This is about comments on the previous homemade !!! I answer everyone's question: When will childhood injuries begin? I answer that in my case it will not start, why? Because I approach this seriously and meaningfully, if I need to redo it several times to avoid problem situations!
So in order to do motorcycle.
We will need:
7 tires of different diameters:
4 R16 tires
3 tires R14
Old bicycle steering wheel
Press washers
Screws
Screwdriver
Bulgarian
Knife
Black paint
Purple paint
Brush
The motorcycle consists of five tires.
Three of them are R14, of which we will make the frame of the motorcycle and two tires R16-wheels, and so let's get started, and another R16 base.
To begin with, the tire base, immediately put in the place where the motorcycle will be and is located, because the whole structure will weigh a lot.
Then, we fasten the screws to each other with screws and install them on the base.
We attach to the base with screws along the entire perimeter, the more the better and more reliable !!!
Further, larger tires are also fastened with screws to the casing of three tires above and below, and also fastened to the base from the bottom. Both front and rear wheels.
The foundation is ready.
Next, take another big tire and first cut off the sides, I did it with a knife dipped in soap.
Then we grind one side across the grinder to get a tape.
The fun begins! With this tape you need to build a "zagagulin" like a tank and a motorcycle seat.
I’ll try to show and explain “on the fingers” in the photo.
We put our blank on the base and from the front wheel side we spin the tape in a circle, but you should not get carried away in size, because us from the same tape to do siduha.
So did the zagagulin fix the edge, take with a margin of preshaybs.
Then we fix the resulting tank with screws to the base and to the front wheel, but so that the edge of the tank does not go beyond the first wheel of the base.
Then we fix the seats with the washers, and wrap the remaining tail, wrap it and fix it with screws to the base and rear wheel.
I attached the steering wheel like that. I took an old pear from the hose, with which my husband downloaded gasoline, put the steering wheel into it and fastened it with small screws, then asked my husband and he bit off the tails of the screws from the inside with pliers.
Paint and done !!!
Have a nice day and nice homemade !!!
