Not enough information, what steel disk? If it was carbide-tipped, then it is “raw” and it is advisable to harden it, unless of course it works. If the disk is from the old, "Soviet" circular, then this is already gut. Well, if this is a cutting mill for metal, then this is generally an “alles super gut”. In any case, done well.
