Self-stabilizing tripod for camera or phone

This is very convenient when shooting, the device is going to be quite simple, it is made mainly of plywood. The device has three axes, the camera is centered thanks to a weight, which is located on the opposite end of the rod, which holds the bracket with the phone. Materials and tools used by the author:

Material List:
- plywood;
- steel spring (for a small weight);
- aluminum tubes;
- bracket for the phone;
- pebbles, nuts (or other weights);
- carpentry glue.

- drill;
- a pencil;
- a tool for cutting plywood;

Homemade manufacturing process:

Step one. Cut rings
First, we need to glue two sheets of plywood, as the author in the photo. Next, in the thickened part, drill a hole with crowns. The author uses several crowns at once, as a result, it turns out to drill three rings at once. We carefully grind the rings made on all sides with a drill.








Step Two A pen
We cut off the excess from the workpiece and glue the handle with the help of wood glue. What should result in the end, we look at the photo.






Step Three Holes and axles
We drill holes in the rings, after marking everything up. The author has holes of a rather large diameter, since aluminum tubes are used as axles. We cut the tubes to the desired size, and then assemble the structure. The author glues the tubes to the body with hot glue, then the excess can be cut off with an office knife.








Step Four Mounting bracket and weight
We install the mounting bracket on the rod, which is a long aluminum tube.
At the other end of the bar we install a weight. Its author makes of a spring of large diameter, pebbles were added to it in addition to increase weight.

And yet, what prevented the author from cutting out the rings in one pass and using some more convenient, ready-made handle? And the counterweight too?
