Hello everyone, I propose to consider an interesting and simple nozzle for a drill, which will turn an ordinary drill into a milling cutter. The nozzle is made very simply, it is made of wood. Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. Two circles
First you need to cut two round logs from wood, for this we work with a drill. One circle will then be redone in the bracket for installing the nozzle on the drill. Well, the other circle will work as a thrust plane for the router.
Grind the cut circles with a screwdriver with sandpaper, as on a lathe.
Inside the details, the author drilled holes with a crown.
Step Two Bracket
From one round timber we make a bracket for installing the nozzle on a drill. The nozzle will be installed in that part of the drill where the front handle is attached. We take measurements, and then cut off the excess from the circle, like the author, so that you can install screws and nuts, and drill holes for them.
Well, in the end, we cut the bracket into two halves so that it can then be pulled together.
Step Three Assembly assembly
To connect the two parts, we need to cut two racks, a beam is suitable for these purposes. We drill holes, and then tighten everything with screws.
After that, it remains to install a drill and test the nozzle.
We clamp the nozzle on the drill, and in the cartridge we install the necessary milling cutter on the tree. The machine works pretty well, and it is simply assembled from available materials.
