Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. Main body
First of all, we assemble the main building. We take a piece of a round pipe, it will be a chimney, at the end of which there will be a burner. At the bottom of the pipe we cut a window into the furnace of the furnace. The furnace is made of a piece of square pipe, and the neck of the furnace is also made of it. The loading of firewood at the stove is vertical, slightly at an angle. With this decision, a lot of firewood is placed in the furnace, and they themselves move into the furnace as they burn.
Step Two Burner base
We make a basis for a ring and a pipe from glass. As a material, the author used sheet steel, a circle was cut from it. In the center of the circle, you also need to cut a hole under the chimney. Smoothly and reliably weld the base at the end of the pipe.
Step Three Legs
The author made the legs for the furnace from a steel bar, bending the details in the form of the letter “G”. Of course, the ends of the legs are quite sharp and will fall into the ground. To solve the problem, the author welded stubborn nickels, in which he used washers.
Step Four Ashpit
We make an ash pan for the furnace, so that it is convenient to extract ash. To do this, weld a sheet steel box at the bottom.A tray should be inserted into the box, on which ashes will accumulate. We bend the end of the pallet in the form of the letter “G” and weld the handle in the form of a bolt or similar part.
Step Five Burner
To install the dishes we make a cross, its author made of sheet steel. To install a crosspiece or a glass pipe on the pipe, we weld the corresponding stops to the base of the burner.
Step Six Painting and testing
We paint the oven with heat-resistant paint, now it looks gorgeous and will not rust. You can kindle the stove, the author loads fairly long sticks into the furnace, they themselves will move into the stove as they burn. The stove works perfectly, if everything is done correctly, a flame will appear from the burner. If there is no fire, then the length of the chimney is too big or it can be insulated.
When you do not need to cook on the stove, you can put a glass pipe made of heat-resistant glass, a flame will be visible in it. Such an oven can even warm up well, which is important in the cold season.
