In this article Igor, the author of the YouTube channel Igor Beletsky, will tell you how to make a very interesting generator from a beer can, test tube, and dry fuel. This effect will be very interesting to show students.
This is how it works.
Materials
- Can
- Glass test tube
- Sponge for dishes
- Steel wool
- Water
- A piece of polystyrene
- Piezoelectric elements
- LEDs
- Scotch tape
- Dry fuel.
Instruments, used by the author.
- gas burner or lighter
- scissors
- Scissors for metal.
Manufacturing process.
So, Igor picked up a large can of beer. And cut out the lid.
Also found a test tube 15 centimeters long.
I made such a lump from thin steel wool, and inserted it into a test tube, but not completely.
I cut a piece from an ordinary kitchen rag.
Then he moistened it in water, this is necessary to cool part of the tube.
Now just wound a strip on a test tube.
Then he set fire to the dry fuel, and heated the test tube near the insert of steel wool. And this simple design began to buzz!
Now you need to cut out the foam disk, the size of which is suitable for the bank. And also in the center of the disk, make a hole for the tube, and insert it into the cover.
Igor collects the structure, wraps the test tube with tissue .-
So, the generator is ready and running, the vibrations from the test tube are transmitted inside the can, which causes the walls to vibrate.
Igor soldered LEDs to ordinary piezoelectric elements. When you hit the piezoelectric element, the LED lights up.
Then the author glued three elements to the jar using ordinary tape.
It turns out such a design, Igor sets fire to dry fuel, and the LEDs begin to glow.
Glows perfectly in the dark!
If you have interesting ideas, thoughts, ideas, observations, inventions or you know a cool physical effect, but your hands don’t reach them, send Igor an e-mail and he will try to check them, help you figure it out, give advice, or make a video on your topic. Igor also has his own.
Thanks to Igor for an original and interesting experiment!
Good luck to everyone, and interesting homemade goods!
