I cut out circles from the old gymnastic mat to the size of the required wheels, glued them in pairs with universal instant glue, a crystal.

It remains to cut out the hole for the hub in the center or to glue it with round plastic, skip the tube from the paste in the center. It turned out very light and elastic wheels, I personally really liked it.
These wheels are very elastic, lightweight. For copying, you can paint with a black marker.
