Surely many of you love ice cream, but making it yourself is quite difficult. There are special homework ice cream makers that cool and quickly mix the mixture from which it is prepared.

Manufacturing process.
The first step is to put a thick terry towel under the bottom of the pan, which will serve as insulation so that the cold does not leave the pan so quickly.
Then a briquette, or granules of dry ice, is placed in the prepared container, it can be bought at some stores.
Dry ice is covered with another terry towel, it rolls on all four sides so that a block of ice is exactly in the middle of the pan.
To provide better thermal conductivity over a briquette of ice, the author moistens this section of the towel with inexpensive vodka.
On top of dry ice is another pan, or a smaller pan. While it cools, you can prepare an ice cream mixture.
The author takes the simplest and most common recipe - 50 to 50 condensed milk and fat cream. This composition is good in that it is neutral in taste, and with it as a base, you can mix a variety of flavors.
So, the tray has cooled sufficiently. Now the ready mass and several strawberry berries for taste are laid out on it.
With two steel blades, the berries are chopped and mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
The ice cream mixture begins to harden right before your eyes.
When it reaches such a consistency, it can already be served.
One block of dry ice is usually enough for several hours. So you have time to experiment with different tastes.
