Manufacturing process.
So, to begin with, the master will need a wide washer. He makes it from a stub using a dremel, fixed on a table with a clamp.
The surface is processed with sandpaper.
Then a pilot hole is drilled in the workpiece, and a self-tapping screw with a wide head is screwed. It will be an improvised piercer for a can of gas.
A rubber gasket is glued to the bottom of the part to protect the housing from contact with the cap.
Next, you need to cut three blanks for the manufacture of a cartridge, in which there will be a spray can.
The first sleeve is glued so that the tip of the screw is in its center.
A spring is worn on the sleeve.
A cartridge is made from a thin-walled pipe, a second sleeve is glued to one of its edges. A cylinder is installed in the cartridge case.
The principle of operation will be very simple. When you click on the cartridge, the cylinder head will be punched.
Now we need another tube, which will be the outer housing of the trigger mechanism. It needs to make several holes for the gas to exit.
It must be glued to the bottom of the mechanism.
The author proceeds to the assembly of the outer casing. First glues the bottom of the mechanism to the plug, and puts on a connecting tube.
Then installs the cartridge cartridge in place.
In the second plug, drills a hole for the shutter button, and six small for nozzles.
