In this article, the Wizard will tell us how to equip a blacksmith workshop with minimal expenses. The craftsman is fond of blacksmithing since childhood. This was facilitated by his family, and the father and uncle of the master are blacksmiths.

Step One: Blacksmith Horn
The boiler consists of a tank covered with heat-insulating material and a decorative casing. The tank is made of thick metal and, according to the master, is perfect for making a blacksmith forge. The master dismantles the casing, cleans the tank from insulation.
Cuts the tank into two parts. Legs are welded to one part.
Now you need to weld the two parts of the tank together. The master sets the second half upside down inside the first part and welds them. Then the upper part of the hearth needs to be cut, fitting to your height (for the convenience of work).
In the partition, drills 16 holes with a diameter of 12 mm. A tube is welded above each hole.
Fills the upper part with clay (along the cut of the tubes) and rams it. Lays a brick.
Both clay and brick are the most common, clay from the garden, and the brick remained after construction.
Step Two: Blower

Now you need to make a stand under the anvil. The master has a ring from the tank. Having secured three pieces of wood inside the ring, the master fills the entire inside with chopped firewood.
To level the surface, the master nailed two slats on the sides of the stand. I installed a board with a milling cutter on the slats. Then you just need to process the surface with a milling cutter.
Then knead carpentry glue with sawdust and putty the surface.
After the glue dries, the master polishes the surface of the stand.
Everything is ready and you can check the equipment in business. According to the master, the use of a vacuum cleaner for air supply made it possible to achieve high temperature.
