In this article, the Master will share his experience in making a chest of drawers. The chest of drawers has four drawers, and will also serve as a stand for the cage with a parrot.

Step One: The Case
First, the master makes the case.
Cuts plywood to size.
Assembles the body. The master fixes the walls of the case with screws and wood glue.
Glues the edge to the ends of the plywood sheets. The edge is ironed and then trimmed.
Step Two: Crates
The chest of drawers will have four drawers, one large and three small. For their manufacture, the master cuts plywood.
Then cuts out the grooves.
Using a conductor, drills mounting holes.
Builds boxes.
Step Three: Guides
Starting from the bottom drawer sets the guides. To ensure the clearance, the master installs a cardboard spacer between the drawers.
Step Four: Front Panel
The front panel drawer master also makes of plywood. It cuts it. Drills a mounting hole.
Grinds panels and mills edges.
Step Five: Cover
Covers the outer walls of the case and the front panels of the drawers with a stain and then varnish.
Step Six: Installing Faceplates
Now you can install the front panels.
The master applies wood glue to the inside of the panel. Screws the panel from the inside with screws.
The wizard starts from the bottom drawer and then moves to the top.
Seventh step: handles
The master makes a template out of cardboard and drills holes for installing pens.
Now it remains to attach the back panel and you're done.
