Alteration of a fluorescent lamp for LED lamps

Walking in the store and examining the goods, I drew attention to the LED lamps ECO LED TB-10W-865-G13-600mm. Outwardly, they looked like fluorescent lamps of a lamp that was lying at my faulty home. I suggested that I could restore the lamp. I could no longer find fluorescent lamps for the lamp. And the new luminaires for ECO LED bulbs LED TB-10W-865-G13-600mm are not cheap, but basically the same as the old ones, they have the same body, lamp holders, diffuser. For alteration, it was necessary to remove unnecessary parts and connect the connecting wires in a different way.

Two ECO LED TB-10W-865-G13-600mm lamps were purchased by me.

Having returned home, I proceeded to remake the fluorescent lamp.

Old fluorescent lamp.

Disassembled fluorescent lamp.

Disassembled luminescent lamp with an LED lamp ECO LED TB-10W-865-G13-600mm.

I take off fluorescent lamps and a throttle.

I installed the LED lamp in the lamp holders with G13 socket.
I have to dismantle the starter holder.

The starter holder is dismantled. We proceed to the installation of the circuit.

Before that, I checked whether the LED lamps on the G13 socket are connected. To do this, I took a multimeter, set it to ohmmeter mode, connected the probes to the contacts of the G13 base. The resistance between the contacts of the cap G13 was 0.2 Ohm. It became clear that to turn on the ECO LED TB-10W-865-G13-600mm lamp, it is necessary to connect a phase wire to one of the G13 sockets, and connect the neutral wire to the other G13 socket. Based on this, I put together a circuit.

It remains to install the LED lamps and apply an alternating voltage of 220 volts.

The lamp is working, the lamps are on. The manufacturer does not recommend the use of their lamps in systems with dimmers, timers.

The 20-watt LED lamp shines well, like new.

It took me 2 hours to photograph this time for this alteration of an old non-working luminescent lamp for ECO LED lamps LED TB-10W-865-G13-600mm.
Good luck

And mercury is also best taken "red". ))) xaxa yes umnik

Respected!
I tried to publish a link to someone else's page on the propagation of black currant, but it seems to be blocked.
Type in a search engine - the reproduction of blackcurrant cuttings and choose.
And also try, the stepson from a tomato in a glass with water to place in two weeks you will see the roots.
Good luck
.......
To some extent, this is a fundamental step from the hot metal and gas (I had a chance to see Alferov).
......
Who else is nearby in the table of elements?
......
Oh how ... and the men didn’t even know ...
Don’t you know about the mercury antenna ??? She catches everything
Well, what am I talking about? Catch everything, everything in the world! And not only on this, but also from another grab! yes
Don’t you know about the mercury antenna ??? She catches everything. And if you connect it to a Japanese TV (for which the guarantee is 25 years, and when you remove the cover - everything inside burns out) ... Then you can even catch what was shot on a red film!
)))

make a "mercury antenna" and catch it all in the world!
And not only that! xaxa
We played her in childhood.
And we ... Yes, that's all ... Just with our fingers we pressed balls onto many small ones, and then collected them back ... That mercury, apparently, no one has yet told that it is deadly. Therefore, she did not behave aggressively ... Everyone is alive ..)))
,
a whole metal flask with mercury was found. I didn’t see it myself, but the workers told me about it. She, in order to avoid publicity and subsequent verification, was walled up in the foundation of a building under construction.

Well it would be possible to make a "mercury antenna" and catch everything, everything in the world!))))))

We played her in childhood
We also played, climbed under the fence to the factory (which I am currently working on) and shoved! xaxa
My grandmother had a whole vial of mercury. We collected it from the broken thermometers. We played her in childhood. Mercury, divided into balls, intimately gathers into one.
A few years ago, in an old closed enterprise set aside for a warehouse, a whole metal flask with mercury was found. I didn’t see it myself, but the workers told me about it. She, in order to avoid publicity and subsequent verification, was walled up in the foundation of a building under construction.

is there mercury in the diodes?
Mercury in the form of thiomersal (ethyl mercury) is used in very small amounts as a preservative in some vaccines and pharmaceutical preparations ... The most common source of methylmercury penetration into the human body is infected seafood and fish ... The analysis determines the content of mercury in the blood ... Reference values: 0.21 - 5.8 μg / L.
yes

so throw away, and pay for disposal over
And we are required to hand over for recycling according to the number of purchased, according to accounting documents! yes

Is there really mercury in diodes?

In general, to some extent, LEDs are really a step forward. Including in terms of "replacement" of mercury. LEDs are made mainly from gallium arsenide. Well, gallium is "mercury 2.0" with improvements and without vapor hazardous to humans. So partly in the LEDs "mercury" is;)
I looked about the automatic machine
He had an advantage
There is a noticeer of the heat of fire, so that the fighter does not bulge all the cartridges
This time did not "wit." I really thought about the presence of mercury in the diodes after the statement of your interlocutor that without mercury there is no normal light ...
I got it all wrong ... I'm talking about sodium 150 watts.Which twenty years ago replaced the 400th DRLKam on poles
To be honest, I also thought, is there really mercury in the diodes? ... The author so confidently stated that there is no light without mercury .. That I already doubted ...
When street lighting was switched from sodium to diode, it became noticeably lighter. So what diode do not like ??? Ilim, is it all the same, the statement that there is mercury in diodes?
But she is in medical thermometers.
My doctors forbade me
And the neighbor dodumallast thermot set for recycling
I have disposed of
It has five times more mercury in it than in a thermometer for measuring body temperature boss
Yes, not in mercury diodes, but in lamps. xaxa
Valery stop poking.
In our city light, the guys in the warehouse have 2 shelves occupied by them - so throw it away, and pay over utilization bad about
And where is the mercury in the diodes?
It was applied. Now and there are already diodes ...))) ... Although ... Probably, they are on the tracks. This is in the cities, most likely, they just changed ...
Although ... So the lanterns have long been DNATs, not ??? DRLKI last fifteen years only met spotlights.
By the way, once, back in the 90s, I got this kind of free, along with the "launcher" ... Hanged in the garage. Like when it will be necessary brightly - I will turn it on. ))) I have never used it - it’s painfully long to uncover ...
By the way, now I have two new Philips Watches of 250 watts lying around ... Like a suitcase without a handle - it’s a pity to throw it away and ....
Well, why do they need me, and where? !!! ...
... ...
Good, but the LEDs in the future, I agree.
.... ..., . . ...
As for the efficiency - yes, the high-pressure arc lamps are not alternative yet, but as for the spectrum - you, sorry, are not a fan of BDSM?
Just like) Halogen immediately leave in the past, it no longer competes with anyone, therefore, even in theory it is not accepted as a normal light source. Now why do I like sodium lamps, especially in the field of street lighting and lighting of greenhouses, where they are uncontested. I will name only two advantages, it is a range and efficiency. The spectrum is very stable and provides good illumination. Well, the efficiency. Xenon provides a maximum of 100 lumens per watt, LEDs (including phyto) - 110 lumens per watt, and sodium lamps - 125.
....from...
A little more in detail?
...and....
Xenon, halogen, LEDs, finally - like normal light sources.

I can’t understand one thing, why buy obviously bad lamps, engage in a collective farm, and as a result spoil my own sight with the poor light of such a lamp that does not meet the declared characteristics. Lamps of normal manufacturers, which correspond to everything stated, are freely presented on sale, they cost a little more, and sometimes cheaper than such shit, but at the same time they do not require alteration of such a lamp, since they cannot work only with electronic ballast.
Dear 2Dem!
What was the collective farm for?
I need this lamp for installation to root indoor citrus fruits or to highlight seedlings. The old lamp did not suit reliability (it could turn on, but might not turn on), efficiency.
Feel like a person, not a consumer. To do this, I grow peas in the country, to know that the pod is not the packaging of normal producers.
I'm not sure about the lamps of normal manufacturers, which correspond to everything stated. For example, I saw a black currant seedling grafted on sale (the producer asked for more money than a seedling of a 2-year-old apple tree). And currants propagate very simply, cut branches put in a glass with water after a while give roots.
Not everything is as simple in life as it seems.
Good luck
No need to think))) Naturally, it was not, of course, purely my opinion, but there are no normal light sources without mercury.
Then the lights were replaced with sodium lamps.
Their color is yellow.
But, I think, again mercury was not enough
Then they came up with to unite in one tube boss
Arranged very difficult. The mercury burner, it causes the phosphor to glow on the outer bulb
In street lamps still applied
Quartz glass
But orsteklo burns out
And the foam from ultra violet dies, well, what you need to paint, everyone knows
ValeryHave you heard about the DRL lamp?

...but....
Well, at one time it took me about 40 minutes, but I went down a step below to a neighbor for a short ladder, I can’t get it off a stool, and then I poured 100 grams of this neighbor ...
It took me 2 hours to photograph this time for this alteration of an old non-working luminescent lamp for ECO LED lamps LED TB-10W-865-G13-600mm.

Time it takes about 15 minutes! (This is if the ceiling and not comfortable.
The whole article fits in a few sentences.)))
We bite off the wires from the throttle and starter. (Or from EPRA). Throw away, if you want, that's all (you can leave it) Among the "hanging bitten off ends", we select and adjust the lengths we need, twist and isolate.
All!!!
they cost a little bit more, and sometimes cheaper than such shit, but they do not require alteration of such a lamp, since they cannot work only with electronic ballast.

That's just electronic ballast is in 90 percent of the fixtures. (I don’t know how the author managed not to throw out this thundering and yellowed “dinosaur”, and, most importantly, why? !!!
But electronic nafig is not needed !! Nobody is going to go back to luminescent.
I have not met such lamps, even eminent manufacturers (for example, Philips), which would require the supply of both wires on each side !!! Everything that I saw had both contacts on each side completely shorted and connected exactly as in this article .... That is. One wire to one end (no matter what contact), the other to the other. I can’t imagine how they can work with starter and ballast !!! ...
And, most importantly, WHY ???
The fact is that idiots came up with the idea of packing ballast in the lamp itself (in the base).
And, usually, the lamp is whole, and the ballast is dead.
But, unlike energy-saving, it has cooling.
And they quickly burn out.
I have a lamp with an electronic ballast for 6 years !!! goodgood
