Step One: Disassembly
First, the master dismantles the heater.
Step Two: Cleaning
Now you need to clean the parts. First, the master washes them with soapy water.
Citric acid removes rust.
Removes old paint.
Step Three: Painting
Processes parts with white spirit.
Apply a primer.
Places that are not subject to painting are covered with masking tape. Stains the details.
Step Four: Foundation
The base will be a pine board. The master measures and draws a board.
Trim the board.
Scolds. Grinds.
Trim the edge.
Step Five: Mounts
Marks places for mounting the lamp on the base and for mounting the base to the wall.
Drill holes.
Fastens fasteners.
Cut a hole for the wire.
Step Six: Finish
Apply a solution of citric acid to the base. Citric acid exhibits a tree structure. After a few hours, coat the base with linseed oil.
Seventh step: switch
From the aluminum profile, the master cuts the mounting plate for the switch.
Using cold welding, fixes the bar to the part of the lamp.
A key chain was fixed on the switch chain.
Step Eight: Reflector Grinding
With the help of a drill, a grinding disc and a pass, the GOI grinds the reflector.
Step Nine: Build
Next, the master begins to assemble the lamp. Performs electrical installation.
Step Ten: Installation
Now you can fix the lamp on the wall and connect the power.
