The site already presents one product of the master of colored pencils "Growth line of colored pencils". This time he will make a pencil case, and also from colored pencils. And if for the line he used 1400 pencils, then for the pencil case he cost only a hundred.
Tools and materials:

Step One: Mold
The master makes the mold from the laminated particleboard. The front part of the form is not fixed by the master.
Lubricates the inside of the mold with wax paste. Seams are sealed with silicone.
After solidification, excess silicone must be removed.
Step Two: Pencils
Then the master cuts all 100 pencils into segments of 1.25 cm. He cuts the pieces into a mold.
After the pieces of pencils are stacked in rows, close the last wall of the mold. In this case, silicone is applied to the outer layer.
Step Three: Fill
Knead epoxy and add a little black dye to it. Fills slowly, allowing the resin to flow down. Removes air bubbles by heating the surface with a hairdryer.
After curing, the epoxy disassembles the mold.
Step Four: Cutting
After complete rejection, the master polishes the workpiece in a drum grinding machine.
Cuts the workpiece into pieces. Fits all the details to each other.
Step Five: Build
Sticks a pencil case. If there are chips, fill them with superglue, and then grind.
Step Six: Cover
Now the pencil case is a tightly assembled box. To add a cover, the master cuts one wall and cuts it into two unequal parts at an angle.
The smaller part will be motionless, its master glues into place. The master sealed the gap with a strip of previously sawn material.
Inside the bottom of the case sticks a square piece of the workpiece. He drills a blind hole in it like a pencil.
At the bottom of the lid, a through hole is drilled of the same diameter. Two holes must be aligned.
Cuts a pencil and inserts into the hole in the lid and boxes.
With the last step, the master applies 4 layers of varnish to the pencil case.
Exclusive pencil case is ready.
