-Three aluminum tubes;
-The wire;
-Electrical plug;
-Three LED bulbs with G4 socket;
-Three cartridge G4;
-Heat-shrink tubing;
-3D printer;
- pipe bender;
-Pipe cutter;
-Soldering iron;
-Hair dryer;
-Epoxy adhesive;
- Drill 10 mm;
-Sandpaper;
-Polishing paste;
-Rule;
Step One: Material Preparation
First you need to print the necessary details on a 3D printer. You can download samples for printing here.
The diameter of the tubes is 10 mm. In the printed parts, the holes should also be 10 mm. The diameter of the master checks the drill. Cuts tubes for legs and racks. Polishes the tubes with polishing paste.
Step Two: Pipe Bending
Now you need to bend one end of the tubes - stands 180 degrees. To make it easier to bend and the pipes did not break, the master lubricates them. Installs the tubes in the joint.
Step Three: Wiring
Drills 10 mm holes in plugs. Installs plugs on tubes and fixes them with glue. Stretches the wires inside the tubes. Mounts cartridges. Installs light bulbs.
Connects wires from all three bulbs to a power wire. Tube-legs glues into the grooves of the support. Attaches a cover to the support. At the ends of the tubes sets the tips. Mounts switch and plug.
Everything is ready, it remains only to fix the bottle on the cork.
