Architectural planning solution
The architectural and planning solution was developed in accordance with DBN V.2.2-15-2005. Residential buildings.
The layout of the house is solved in several levels. For a conditional mark of 0,000, the floor mark of the first floor is taken. Below the 0,000 mark is the floor the garage. At around 0,000 there are: an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, a toilet with a washbasin and a boiler room with access to the garage. From the staircase half-march, an entrance to the office above the garage is organized - 2,200 mark. The second floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom is at around 3,024.
The entrance to the house is from the main facade. From the vestibule there is a passage to the residential part of the house, as well as to the garage. Due to the central location of the hall, variously designated areas are conveniently connected. Most of the ground floor area is occupied by the space of the living room and kitchen-dining room with access to the terrace. On the second attic floor there is a hall, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath.
Exterior finish
Exterior decoration of this house is possible in several versions of facade systems:
1. Brick lining.
2. Decorative facade plaster.
3. Ventilated facade system:
- facing by a siding;
- plank cladding imitating timber - type "Blockhouse".
The project proposes an option for cladding exterior walls with facade plaster. Wall panels are protected from moisture by a double layer of waterproofing film. The foundation is protected by a metallic tint. Plastering is done on a plaster grid. The facade is painted with acrylic-based facade paint.
Interior decoration
The internal walls, partitions and ceiling are faced with plasterboard. As a finishing finish, paint the walls with water-based compositions or wallpaper them. Moisture-resistant drywall is used for wall cladding in bathrooms, a garage, and a boiler room. In bathrooms, the walls are faced with ceramic tiles to the full height.Ceramic tiles are laid on the floor in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, on the second floor there is a carpet, in the remaining rooms - a laminate.
Basic design solutions
Foundations:
Before building a house, carry out geological surveys under the spot of the house and choose the best option for the construction of foundations (tape, columnar, etc.). Estimated load on the edge of the foundation: N = 1.04 t / m.p.
Walls:
As a supporting, enclosing structure, Ecopan heat-insulating panels are used, which are glued three-layer sandwich panels consisting of 2 outer layers of 12 mm OSB sheathing and an inner layer of extruded polystyrene foam 140 mm or 200 mm thick. A wooden beam 40 mm thick is glued around the perimeter of the panel. The spatial rigidity of the structure is ensured by the stiffness of the panel walls, the device of strapping along the bottom and top of the walls, as well as by dressing the structure with floor beams. Wall panels have factory sizes.
Overlap:
Ceilings - Ecopan panels 224 mm thick. As the floor beams, a wooden I-beam TU U V.2.6-20.3-25040391-001: 2006 was used, which provides better structural and operational characteristics than rectangular wooden beams. Bottom ceilings are hemmed with sheets of drywall.
Attic:
The attic is designed from 224 mm thick Ecopan panels. As rafters and girders, wooden I-beams are used.
Roof:
Ecopan technology allows you to get a flat roof surface, already ready for the arrangement of the roof. Therefore, it is equally possible to use any roofing material. Flexible bituminous tiles or ondulin can be laid without additional preparation. A lightweight wooden crate is needed for metal tiles. This project proposes ondulin.
