IN home conditions from old devices and their parts, you can quite easily build just such a musical box. Its sound will not be inferior to the Jambox, but one of the significant advantages can be called, first of all, the ability to use solar energy as power.
To make a Bluetooth speaker, you will need the following materials:
• radiator for cooling electronic elements;
• USB module
• buttons for control unit
• solar battery power
• bluetooth
• amplifier
• glue gun
• Super glue
• glue for construction purposes
• paper tape
• spray paint
• transparent plastic
• two speakers
• simple pencil
• drill
• sharp knife
• Soldering iron
• Sandpaper
Take the plastic packaging of the right size - it will serve as the body of our device. First of all, you need to fix the radiator for internal cooling with a glue gun in a pre-cut hole.
Familiarize yourself with the assembly diagram to understand what and how to fix it.
Disassemble the USB module.
Secure the USB slot and card with hot glue, and make a hole in the case for the USB output.
Now you need to fix the button to switch the column: measure the hole on the case for its location, cut out the hole of the required size and fix it with superglue.
Replace the amplifier and the Bluetooth module.
You will need the front panel of the speaker - it can be made of a piece of transparent plastic. Use a simple pencil to mark the plastic and cut a hole for the speaker of the desired size. Also adjust the overall panel size.
You can fix the speakers on an improvised panel using construction glue.
You need to bring and solder the wires from the amplifier to the speakers (do not forget about the polarity).
Make the necessary measurements, mark up and cut openings for control buttons on the body. Fix them with glue and solder the Bluetooth modules to them.
It's time to close the case with the front panel, fixing it to superglue. Leave it, allowing the glue to dry thoroughly.
After drying, clean the case with emery cloth, removing all irregularities.
Give your device beauty - paint it with a spray paint in a color that you like. To prevent paint from entering the speaker holes, pre-seal them with masking tape.
That's all. Your masterpiece is ready.
