The first step is to soak a piece of newspaper with nitrate in order to get the desired effect.
Next, we disassemble the lighter.
We release all gas and lighters.
After all the gas has evaporated, you can begin to disassemble the valve.
When the valve is pulled out, it is necessary to drill a little a hole in which it was inserted. This is necessary so that it is possible to install a smoking composition in the lighter. You can use a screwdriver, as the author does, or another tool that is at hand.
Now you need to roll the newspaper soaked in saltpeter into a tube.
The homemade product is almost ready, however, our smoking composition does not light up from an ordinary spark. Therefore, we need to “help” him, and for this we will use matches and flint dust.
We take 3-4 matches and break off their heads, because we need only sulfur.
Grind the resulting sulfur into a powder.
Take a tube from a piece of newspaper and saturate it with sulfur.
Next, take a bit of flint dust and repeat the process, the second in sulfur. This will allow sulfur to quickly ignite from the slightest spark.
We insert the tube into the lighter, placing it so that sparks fall on a mixture of sulfur and silicon dust.
We close the lighter with a metal cover.
After that, our smoke lighter is completely ready.
