Spring is in the yard, which means that you can take care of useful and beautiful decorations for cottages or land. One of such decorations can be a birdhouse made by yourself, which will not only decorate the site, but also allow you to always enjoy the birds singing in the morning.

We will need:
- two boards of larch;
- ruler;
- electric jigsaw;
- drill or screwdriver;
- carpentry glue;
- self-tapping screws;
- a wooden perch.
You should start with the drawing, which is presented in the figure below. All dimensions of the drawings must be transferred to the board.
We cut out all the necessary details according to the dimensions of the drawing.
Do not forget to process the edges with sandpaper or a special nozzle.
On one of the parts you need to make a hole, retreating from the top by 5 cm. The diameter of the hole should also be approximately 5 centimeters. If at hand there is no special nozzle for making holes, you can use an alternative method. The essence of this method is to use a drill that needs to drill holes in a circle and pull out the middle part, after which the inside has been treated with sandpaper.
We also make a small hole in the diameter of the perch and attach it to its place. The perch can be fixed with wood glue.
Alternately, we collect all the details of the birdhouse. We glue all the parts with carpentry glue. Additionally, we fix everything with self-tapping screws.
In the end, it remains to hang the birdhouse in its place.
