Each summer resident or the owner of a country house wants to build a capital greenhouse or a greenhouse on his plot. To have this building on the plot is very beneficial in terms of the fact that seedlings are planted early in the greenhouse, and the crop can be obtained by early June. And you can plant it again, and when everything in the country is collected in the fall in the greenhouse, a new crop will ripen and delight its owner.

The author thought about this problem to build a capital greenhouse and at the same time save as much as possible and not waste the family budget. After looking at such buildings on the Internet, talking with the authors of the buildings, I came to the conclusion that it would be easier and cheaper to build it myself, and he praised the material for the greenhouse, which is gaining popularity in our time, polycarbonate.
Polycarbonate has several advantages over glass and plastic film such as strength and reliability, it keeps heat several times better due to the fact that it has cavities with air chambers in its structure, and air is the best insulation.
The author prepared all the necessary materials and proceeded to build a polycarbonate greenhouse on his personal plot. And so we will consider in detail what was needed to build this structure.
Materials: polycarbonate, profile square pipe, corners, cement mortar, broken brick, boards, screws, fittings.
Instruments: welding machine, grinder, drill, hammer, shovel.
From the beginning, the author made a drawing of the future building.
Then he prepared a platform for pouring the foundation and made the formwork. The foundation was flooded.
Then welds the structure.
Prepared parts of the greenhouse were stained.
Then he assembles the structure.
Then he makes a mechanism to open the transom and ventilate the greenhouse. To create the articulated mechanism, I took these bearings.
The mechanism will allow you to easily open the vents due to the hinges - in detail the process.
And the last stage is polycarbonate glazing of the greenhouse.
So the greenhouse is ready. Now our gardener will be able to use this building from early spring until late fall. To grow crops, both for the family and for sale, thereby opening up an additional source of income for their family.
