This article will discuss how to make a foam generator from a manual sprayer.
Tools and materials:
-Manual sprayer;
-2 Luer syringe per 10 ml;
-Knife;
-Scissors;
-Welding clamp;
-Wrench;
- Injectors F110 (015, 02, 03, 04, 05);
-Needle;
- Glass wool;
-Sponge;
Step One: Disassembly
Unscrews the spray head and removes the standard nozzle.
Step Two: Syringe
For homemade the author used Luer syringes. The needle is not put on such syringes, but is wound. Checks to see if the sprayer nozzle is inserted into the syringe.
First, prepare the first syringe. He pulls out the piston. Cuts off the tail. Expands nozzle.
A threaded nose cuts off the second syringe. It cuts the syringe into two halves (cuts into 4 ml). Removes the rubber seal of the piston and cuts off the end part from it. It turns out a rubber ring. Inserts it into the half of the syringe.

Step Three: Glass Wool
Fills the syringe barrel with glass wool. The amount of foam depends on the amount of glass wool. The author selects the optimal amount empirically. Inserts one syringe into another. Wearable sprayer head.
Fourth step: feed tube
The needle makes a puncture at the top of the feed tube. This is necessary so that air can mix with the liquid.
Step Five: Build
Screws the spray head onto the sprayer. Pour water and shampoo into the container according to the instructions. Inflates the air. Now you can start processing the machine with foam machine. The application process can be seen in the video.
Replacing the nozzles on the foam generator, it gets a different scatter of foam. You can also get foam with a standard nozzle if you put glass wool in it.

On my own, I’ll add that you do not need to use a car shampoo, special for foam generators. Be careful with it, from experience I know that such a concentrated shampoo, if it is poured into an ordinary pet bottle, corrodes it after a while.
