The shape of the steps of the stairs allows you to put it more cool. The material you need: a timber bar 150X150 mm or two boards 200X40 mm, sheet plywood, chipboard, screws, casein glue, drying oil or furniture varnish.
The staircase consists of two load-bearing boards - upper and lower, to which supports are screwed. The steps are inserted into the cutouts provided in the supports. The supports of the three upper steps make it a little shorter. The length of the carrier boards depends on the height of the ceiling.
The stairs are assembled as follows: the supporting boards are laid on the rib, the supports are successively fixed with screws, maintaining the distance between the outer sides of the supporting boards (205 mm). Having installed the supports on one side, the structure is turned over and the other side is fixed, carefully observing that the supports are arranged strictly in pairs (a and b, see fig.).
Before installation, the surface of the finished stairs is cleaned with sandpaper and covered with drying oil or furniture varnish. Then attach it to
the floor and the wall, and next to it they nail a handrail - a board or a metal pipe.
