The name is incorrect: this is not a "tactile sensor", which is partially confirmed by the video itself. The author did not deign to bring the circuit, but, apparently (I don’t see any sense in reconstructing the circuit from the picture), this is darlington (or shiklai) on the first two transistors, controlling the key according to the circuit with OE on the right transistor. All this demonstrates the operation of sensory contact, but not a tactile sensor. Again, before giving the “beautiful” names, the author had to find out the meaning of this term and the principle of operation of the soldered layout.
