If you like to take baths in the fresh air, this is the instruction for you. Having made a pool for this project, you can enjoy swimming in the fresh air all year round. And most importantly, you are not dependent on infrastructure. All you need is a source of water. And how do you like the idea of celebrating the New Year in a pine forest in the pool?))) All this is possible, the main thing is to find a stream or spring.
The mobile pool, which was made by the Master, consists of six panels, a ladder, a propane water heater, a pump for pumping water and a car battery. All this is placed on a trolley with wheels and weighs 90 kilograms. The volume of the bath is about 2000 liters.

Step One: Project Development
As usual, the wizard began with the development of the project. For the project, he used a computer with Fusion 360 software. The system for connecting parts is first drawn on paper.

Step Two: model
Before making a full-scale product, the master makes a model. Assembles a model and checks how docking elements work.
Step Three: Parts Manufacturing
After checking the layout. manufactures full-sized wall parts, stairs, locks, side, trolley. Cutting out the walls of the pool, heats them.
Step Four: Water System
After purchasing the equipment, the author connected it and tested it.
Cold water through the intake hose enters the tee-filter-filter-pump-column-hot water-pool. Drain takes place on the same intake hose. The column is powered by propane. The pump is powered by a car battery.It will take about 5.5 hours to fill a full pool with warm water at the lowest pump capacity.
Step Five: Assembly and Testing
After the manufacture of all parts of the pool, the master decided to conduct a field test on the alpine lake Tahoe. Assembles a cart. Packs all parts of the pool and equipment and loads on the cart. Then it loads everything into the car.
Arriving at the place begins assembling the pool. Collects walls. Belts tight. Sets the stairs. Puts vinyl film. Pool assembly took about 15 minutes.
Then installs and connects the column and pump.
Unfortunately, all the work was in vain, the pump did not want to work in conditions of low atmospheric pressure. The pump worked perfectly in the conditions of San Francisco at an altitude of 16 m above sea level and refused to work on Lake Tahoe at 1897 m above sea level.
Step Six: Normal Testing
After an unsuccessful test, the master dismantled the pool and moved it home.

Made a cover for the pool.
Cuts a tennis ball and puts it on the leg of a chair. Now you can sit in the pool without damaging the bottom.
What would the pool fill faster increased the pump to maximum. Now the pool is filled in 4.5 hours. When the pump is running at low speed, the temperature in the pool is 43 ºC, on average 40 ºC, at small 32 ºC. After filling the pool, you can connect the system to recirculation. Then warm water from the pool (through the filter) will be driven through the heater, which will significantly raise the temperature.
The water has warmed up and you can swim.
At the end, it is necessary to drain the water and dry the pool.
According to the test results, the master came to the conclusion that it was possible to use not 3/4 "(1.905 cm) plywood, but 1/2" (1.27 cm). This would reduce weight to 68 kg versus 90 kg today.
