Ax for the sample;
The master took the material for the ax from the waste. The prototype was an ordinary ax.
Step One: Harvesting
The ax itself will be metal, the ax is wooden. On a metal plate draws the contour of a future ax. From the end, he drills two holes of different diameters, we will return to them later. For ease of processing leaves metal in the form of a handle, cuts the rest.
Step Two: Form
Using the tool gives the ax a shape. Displays the canvas and butt.
Step Three: The Eye
Slices a metal handle. Then it cuts a groove between two holes in the end of the ax. The result was an eye under the handle.
Step Four: Hatchet
On the board draws an ax shape. Cuts out. Grinds and varnishes.
Step Five: Grinding
Grinds the surface of the ax.
Step Six: Build
Plants an ax on an ax. Makes a wooden wedge. With a knife wedges the head of an ax. Sets a wedge. Saw off the extra part.
The ax is ready. Now you can prepare firewood and flood the stove.
