Step 1: First, print the template. Then, with scissors, we cut out the details from paper.
Step 2: On plywood 10 mm thick. circle the blanks cut out of paper with a pencil. Next, with the help of a hand jigsaw, we cut out the workpieces.
Step 3: We begin assembly of parts. To glue the parts, I took wood glue. The assembly principle can be seen in the photo. The trigger mechanism should return to its original position, for this you need to install an elastic band.
Step 4: Next, file the edges of the cloves a little with a file, so that the elastic can freely fly off the clove. Using sandpaper, we remove the remains of glue, and remove splinters on plywood.
