It is a pity for the spent effort, well, well, but there is experience ...
My mistake is that I continued to drill ... I had to start a new one.

I have a question, what else to collect? Hand drill? Hydrodrill? Estimated depth of the order of 30 meters, if you are lucky 25. You need something simple, practical and as cheap as possible. Waiting for advice!
If a hand drill, then how to pull it out? Need a winch too?

.. I don’t know how you got there, but our wells are mainly drilled with a “jumper”. A jumper is such a deaf pipe of large diameter, two meters long, one edge of which turns into a thin one, and teeth are cut on the other (working) and it is sharpened. An extension cord with a crosshair is attached to the jumper by means of a coupling with a cotter pin. For weight, a man becomes a crosshair, and the second one twists it together with a pipe, running in a circle. As the bolt deepens, it is pulled out, tapped so that the soil spills out, is disconnected from the crosshairs, an extension cord is placed and again collected and lowered into the well. One again climbed to work as a ballast, the second ran in a circle.)))
So five or six times - and a little water went)))) ....
But this is with us !!! As already mentioned, we have water at 12 meters maximum !!!!
And why did I start a motor pump? Yes, because we have a lot of stones !!! We tried a jumper several times !!! Came across a stone. I didn’t want to shift, so I washed it in the same well !!! Water erodes and the stone goes away ...

The total depth of the well was 15.6 m. There were nuances, but I decided everything myself.
His plot was generally marshy - the water stood and nothing grew. I dug drain pipes where necessary, took them to the tank. From it, when filling the pump with an automatic machine, water is pumped into a ditch through a pipe. Powered by a windmill on the roof.

I came up with this design. Take thin pipes, 20-25 meters. It will be a kind of "shaft."
At the end of the shaft, I weld a nozzle in the form of a piece of pipe with teeth on one side. In short, the type of nozzle on a drill for drilling large holes. Slowly twist into the ground, the earth is collected inside the pipe. We take out, clean and so on until victory. If it is tight, you can add some water.

At work, I think I can take apart the shaft only in half, that is, 10 m each. I will install the installation in my garden under an apple tree, I will attach a steel loop in which I will insert the shaft. I will not drill more than 20-25 meters, since there should be water at 20, you need to find it.

In short, the combination of cable and hammer with auger.

A motor pump is placed in the big one (it pumps out of it), and in the small one the well is washed out. As the "wash-out" pipe lowers, it is lengthened by additional sections. Water is fed into the pipe, and then, with soil, it is squeezed upward from the outside of the pipe, enters the hole and flows down the groove back into the large hole. In this case, you need to continuously clean the pits and the groove with a shovel, removing the washed soil ...

I’ll say right away that I didn’t drill it myself. Theoretical knowledge of sopromat and mechanics. He was skeptical about drilling by the shock method to a rather great depth (> 25m). Any compaction in the soil (I don’t even say - stone), bias ... and all the breakage of the rope and tp trouble. Here the best option would be a drill with a casing string. The casing at the initial stage will make it possible to stop (throw) at any stage. Twisted the drill - got it, knocked out the soil. They drove again - twisted ... We met a seal - we used the hydro and shock method. A winch is needed and a good hydraulic pump.
