Caught in the garage abandoned guitar. It was decided to use the bar for a new homemade.
The goal was to make a guitar with minimal cost. Of everything that lay in different boxes and corners. So, let's begin.
We make sketches.
We need to cook, rummaging in the grief of all trash:
A piece of thick plywood.
Two pieces of dense chipboard.
We already have a bar with chippings.
Screws of different lengths.
Heatsink from an old processor.
Variable resistors from a tube TV.
Wires.
The bronze bar from the zero tire was taken from a friend electrician.
Switch from some kind e toys.
Two pens from the Soviet of furniture.
A piece of metal corner.
Textolite 30x40 cm. I had to tear it from the refrigerator for a long time serving as a cabinet in the garage. Science requires sacrifice, and the closet will not be worse.
20 cm. Wires with a diameter of 8 mm.
Nigrol in the amount of 200 grams was in the canister from AZLK 2140.
What had to buy.
Masking tape - 20 rubles.
Three springs from a carburetor in a car shop - 3x8 rubles.
A set of strings - 90 rubles.
A pair of pickups at - 250 rubles.
Wood glue - 100 rubles.
Cosmofer glue -90 rubles.
Rust neutralizer - 40 rubles.
The solvent is about 50 rubles.
The primer in the bottle is 80 rubles.
Paint in the bottle - 3x75 rubles.

Need tools:
Electric drill.
Screwdriver.
Clamps.
A sander, she’s a Bulgarian.
Electric saw.
Jigsaw.
Gas-burner.
Hand saw for wood.
Tap and lehr on 6.
Using a jigsaw, we cut three blanks for the deck. Two of chipboard and one of plywood.
We saw holes for pickups and for regulators with a jigsaw.
We coat the middle part of plywood with wood glue and glue our sandwich.
We fix the deck body with clamps and screws. Leave the deck for a day.
In the meantime, we’ll deal with the vulture and tremolo.
We disassemble the bar.
We cut from the corner a blank for tremolo and a metal plate for connecting the bar to the deck.
We process all metal parts with a rust neutralizer.
We heat it with a gas burner until it is red and sharply lower it into a nigrol (we make a burnishing).Iron blanks turn black.
After a day, remove the clamp deck from the blank. Grind. Try on.
Chips and cracks are sealed with epoxy glue. Dry and grind.
We close some places with tape. We are grounded.
We paint.
Cut the front and back covers from the PCB.
We cut the threads on the tremolo handle and on the radiator. We assemble and install the tremolo.
We solder the classical scheme. We collect.
Stretch the strings. We configure the application on Android.
