4) Drill or screwdriver

To begin with, we take two use of the sleeve for the size of the headphones.
Next, you need to drill a hole at the base of the sleeve, preferably a little more than the diameter of the cord from the headphones.
We take or plan a round wooden block, the diameter of the block should be such that the sleeve fits tightly on it.
We insert it into the drill and put on the sleeve.
And with sandpaper we clean the sleeve. We remove all sharp edges after drilling.
Next, measure 8 mm on the sleeve and cut it with a hacksaw.
Again, be sure to strip the edges along the cut line.
We insert it again into the drill and polish it with felt to a shine.
Next, take the headphones and disassemble them carefully so as not to damage anything.
Bite off the wires from the headphones.
We pass the wire through the hole in the sleeve and tie it in a knot.
Now you need to carefully solder the wires to the speaker itself. It's not very simple as the details are small, but I think you can handle it.
Now we glue the speaker itself to the sleeve with super-glue, for this it is advisable to clamp it in a vice. but you can get by with your hands. The main thing is that your fingers do not stick.
