Materials

We will take the ends off the bar and wrap the curls. We process the timber with a stain, varnish and install it on the frame.
The design width of the shop is one and a half meters.
Now back to the forge.
Starts cooking curls. Heats the end in the furnace, beat off with a hammer.
The initial curl bends on the hot.
Cleans slag with a metal brush. The final curl is ready.
Further - bends on a bending machine with a snail.
Now, since the force already allows bending large radii, it bends manually.
Goes to an even larger snail.
Everything, the curl is ready, repeats the same processes with the rest, adjusting the size.

Now begins to apply a primer to the metal. Here it is done with a spray gun, and you can use a brush. To whom it is more convenient.
The second stage of staining the base. Now paint is already applied.
Trees the forest with a stain.
Before this, it is advisable to sand the 80s to remove the pile and scrapes. The easiest way to do this is with a screwdriver or a drill with a nozzle - Velcro and round emery. You can also show a rough texture of the wood, having treated it with a not very stiff metal disc brush.
Do not worry, it is green only at first. After drying and varnishing everything will be fine.

After being treated with a stain and dried, it proceeds to apply varnish from all sides.It is advisable to apply the varnish in two layers, sanding the first after drying with the 120th sandpaper. This will remove fine dust, which is stuck to the first layer of varnish and the smallest pile. The surface after this treatment will be almost perfectly smooth. In this case, you can also use a spray gun, you can use a regular brush.
After drying all the parts, you can collect!
First collects the seat.
Then sets the beam on the back.
Tightens the fasteners
For finishing decoration, you can additionally apply a little bronze paint. Apply either with a foam swab or with an old hard brush. It turns out "gilding."
